Hello, I’m Patricia Loman (1991), a junior art-director and designer. Well of course I’m not only an art director! So let me tell you something about myself and how I became who I am today. After graduating as a graphic designer at the Media College in Amsterdam in 2011, I made a little ‘misstep’ and started a study that was based on sports, only to find out after a few days that this wasn’t what I really wanted and that I needed to get back to my real passion: Advertising. I quit my study, I worked for a while and got back to school. I started my study at the Junior Academie for Art-Direction in 2012, where I graduated in July 2014. Here I’ve learned to create strong concepts for all kinds of advertising (you’ll find some examples of my work in my portfolio). These studies combined with my internships taught me how fantastic working at an Advertising agency is and why I never want to do anything else.

Besides my passion for advertising I enjoy having fun with friends, explore new places and sports (especially soccer and futsal). All of this, in any way whatsoever, gives me inspiration to work on new creative projects.

Thanks to my studies, internships and work experience I’ve learned to work with several design programs. Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop are programs I use a lot. But I also know the basics of After Effects and Dreamweaver.
